Do you meditate? – healthy
Do you spend quality time with family? – healthy
Do you drink? Not so healthy
Do you overspend? Not healthy
Do you clean your house? Healthy unless it’s already clean and you are obsessing – Not healthy
Start paying attention to your “go to” is it contributing to your worthiness or taking away from it?
