If you have something to prove…
Like most things this is a double edged sword.
- If you have to prove something to someone else it means you are seeking approval from a source other than yourself which means you are relying on someone else to validate you
- If you have to prove something to yourself it means you have a healthy relationship with yourself and don’t require external validation
It’s a slippery slope and we often lie to ourselves about who we are trying to prove something to.
Pass this on to someone who may benefit
if you don’t question something what is the point of believing in it?
