What an enjoyable conversation with Danny Behm.
Dan reached out a few months back in response to a speech I had given. We chatted for a bit and then he challenged my comment that “The choice to think about what you think about is 100% yours”. Dan explained to me that we operate in a space of unconscious awareness that 90% of our thoughts today we repeated tomorrow and were our same thoughts we had yesterday. If we want to change our thoughts we have to make a conscious effort to do so. We had the most enjoyable conversation and I just knew he had to be a guest on my show.
