Do you feel represented?
The funny thing about us is that we are all different and yet we all often feel the same… we want to be seen, we want to be acknowledged and we want what matters to us to matter.
Almost everything has extremes (think pro-life pro choice, Trump or not, love the colour pink or hate it, jumping out of planes or not!) and everything else lies in between. This is called a bell curve and looks like this
While the extremes are important and play a vital role in the world (how can we question things without the extremes and how can we grow without questioning things) do we risk excluding too many to see too few?
When we focus on just one area we tend to vilify others. Is there a better way to see things where all people have a place not just the outliers?
